~ Your first order with Purton House Organics ~

Getting Started

1. Create an account

The first thing to do is select 'My account' from the main menu and register for your free account with a username and password.

2. Add your address

Once registered the next thing to do is add your address in the account menu. This will ensure we calculate the correct shipping method and cost later on.

3. Begin shopping

Browse Purton House Organics wide selection of fresh fruit, veg, meat and other produce . Most people start with a subscription box and work from there.

4. Add a veg box

For example, let's add a veg box to the basket as the base of our order.

5. Add a little extra

You'll notice throughout the store we have made adding additional items to your order simple.

6. Add a meat box

Our fabulous meat box selection comes in a variety of sizes. Select the one that's right for you and add it your basket.

7. Viewing your basket

Checking your basket is simple. You can click the cart at the top of the page and you will also see a link in your 'My Account' menu.

8. Recurring deliveries

An important part of checking your basket is to ensure you have selected the correct delivery frequency for your order.

9. Checkout

Make sure your address for delivery is correct and your preferred delivery option is selected.

10. Payment

We use the Stripe secure payment gateway for our debit and credit card transactions.

11. Your Account

After you have completed your transaction please check the 'My Account' pages to view and amend orders, update account details and more.
