Our salad box is bursting with 4-5 fresh salad items. We grow a great selection of salad items throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn and have a lovely oriental leaf mix and endives in the tunnels over winter, when we also add organic salad items such as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers from Europe to keep a good variety in the boxes year round.
