Official: Eat More Fruit & Veg!

833102_19492470We’ve known that we need to eat more fresh fruit & veg for a while now; and now the newspaper headlines are catching up! Scientists have been saying for a long time that we need to aim for more than 5 portions of fruit and veg a day (more like 7/8); but many advisers thought that since the UK is still not even eating 5 a day, this lower target was more achievable. Now they have clearly given up and told us what we really need to eat!

Many people think it’s tricky to eat that much fruit and veg though – but it really isn’t! It just takes one simple change in shopping habit, and you can have delicious fresh organic fruit and veg delivered right to your door – what can be easier than that?
