We launched a new line of Mannings juices at the Food Festival last weekend (thanks to all who came and celebrated with us by the way!) and nearly sold out just on the two days! But we’ve got some more in and will extend our 2 for £5 offer for another week (normal price £2.99 per large bottle).
Rowie and Kate Robinson came across two handsome young men at the trade show in Birmingham last month, who turned out to be entrepreneurs James and Richard Manning from Bromyard in Herefordshire. They set up in business a few years ago, juicing the apples from their uncle’s orchard, and now produce 750ml bottles of pure juice from Cox’s Orange Pippin, Russet and Jonagold apples and Conference pear. Plus they also have some cool blends – Apple & Ginger, Orchard Lemonade, and Apple, Raspberry and Mint, making a refreshing change for those long summer days! These also come in smaller bottles in the chiller (£1.40 each).
The great thing about this brand for us is that we can collect the juice direct from the orchard when we pick up our extra organic fruit and veg from our wholesalers nearby. So now we have our very local juices from Highgate Farm in Brinkworth, and Mannings direct from Hereford, cutting down on those juice miles!
